The standard children’s mattress size. Fits most kids’ bed frames and bunk beds. At 188cm long, it may be too short for teenagers going through growth spurts — consider Long Single or King Single instead.

Long Single (92 × 203 cm)
Same width as a Single but 15cm longer. Ideal for tall teenagers or adults in compact spaces. Not all brands offer this size — Ergoflex does, but check availability with each brand.
King Single (107 × 203 cm)
The sweet spot for teenagers and single adults. 15cm wider than a Single gives noticeably more room to move. Also popular for guest bedrooms — provides comfortable space for one adult without taking up as much room as a Double.
Pro tip: Two Long Singles placed together equal a King size (184cm combined width vs 183cm King). This is a great hack for couples who want different firmness levels.
Double (138 × 188 cm)
Suitable for single adults who want more space than a King Single. For couples, a Double can feel tight — at 138cm wide, each person gets only 69cm of space (narrower than a Single bed each). If you share with a partner, we’d recommend upgrading to a Queen.
Note: Doubles are 188cm long (not 203cm), which may be too short for anyone over 180cm tall.
Queen (153 × 203 cm) — Australia’s Most Popular
