FAQ

Does Koala ever do promo codes?

Rarely. Unlike other brands, Koala almost never uses coupon codes. Their discounts are typically auto-applied during sale periods. If you see a “Koala promo code” on a coupon site, it’s likely expired or fake.

When is the best time to buy a Koala mattress?

The biggest Koala sales happen during EOFY (June), Black Friday (November), and Boxing Day (December). However, they run smaller sales every 6-8 weeks throughout the year. If a sale just ended, it’s usually worth waiting 4-6 weeks for the next one.

Can I stack multiple Koala discounts?

No — Koala doesn’t allow stacking discounts. The student discount cannot be combined with sale prices. You’ll get whichever discount is larger.

Is the 120-night trial still valid during sales?

Yes — Koala’s 120-night trial and 10-year warranty apply regardless of whether you bought during a sale or at full price. Free returns in metro areas are also included.
